Report Infringement

Curacao Tech Solutions ("we", "us", or "our") acknowledges and upholds the intellectual property rights of others and anticipates that our users will do the same. In compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we will promptly address any reports of copyright infringement that occur through our services when such reports are directed to our Designated Copyright Agent, as outlined in the sample notice below.

If you are the copyright holder, someone authorized to act on the behalf of a copyright owner, or entitled to enforce any exclusive rights under copyright, we encourage you to inform us of any suspected copyright infringements occurring on or through our website (the "Site") by completing the DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement below and submitting it to our Designated Copyright Agent. Upon receiving your Notice as detailed below, we will take appropriate actions at our discretion, which may include the removal of the infringing content from the Site.

• 1. Specify the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed, or if multiple works are included, provide a representative list of those works.
• 2. Identify the infringing material or link, specifying the URL where it can be found on the Site, or the exact location of the content in question.

• * "I affirm that the information included in this Notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am either the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner for the rights allegedly infringed."
• 5. Provide your full legal name, along with your electronic or physical signature.

Be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may face liability.

If you believe that your content was removed (or access to it was disabled) and it does not infringe or that you hold authorization from the copyright owner, their agent, or under the law to post and utilize the content, you may submit a counter-notice with the following information to our Designated Copyright Agent:

• 1. Your physical or electronic signature;
• 2. Identification of the content that was removed or rendered inaccessible, along with the location where it appeared prior to removal;
• 3. A statement indicating your good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled due to an error or misidentification;
• 4. Your name, address, phone number, email, a statement consenting to federal court jurisdiction in Seychelles, and a statement indicating your acceptance of service from the individual who notified about the alleged infringement.

Upon receipt of a counter-notice, we may inform the original complainant that we may reinstate the removed content or cease disabling access within 10 business days. If the copyright owner does not file a legal action against the content provider or user, the disputed content may be restored or access may be reinstated within 10 to 14 business days at our discretion.

In line with the DMCA and relevant laws, we maintain a policy of terminating users who are identified as repeat infringers, at our discretion. Furthermore, we may limit access to the Site and terminate the accounts of users who infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether they are repeat offenders.
